Terms of use
This website is an editorial and informational space for Wandering Poems House and its cultural projects. You may browse its content and share public links for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that attribution to the House and relevant creators is retained.
The site does not grant an implied licence to reproduce text, audiovisual work, music, branding, imagery, or press materials. No material may be used in advertising, production, merchandise, model training, or a database without prior written permission.
Licensing and attribution
Poems and related texts appear subject to the attribution and editorial status shown on each page. Literary attribution, translation, diacritics, and full text must be reviewed before reuse. If you are a rights holder or authorised representative and believe material requires review or removal, contact us through the Contact page with a clear description of the material and your relationship to it.
Licensing and media-collaboration requests are reviewed case by case. Sending an inquiry, proposal, or material through the site does not create an agreement, transfer rights, or commit the House to accept a project.
Privacy and enquiries
When you submit a contact or collaboration form, we may receive your name, email address, organisation or inquiry type, message, and information you voluntarily provide. We use this only to respond to the inquiry, manage the related communication, and protect our operational record. We do not sell contact information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Inquiries are retained in a private administrative inbox for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up or operational obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information where appropriate through the Contact page. A dedicated privacy email will be published once the domain mailbox is connected.
Analytics and external links
Visitor analytics remain disabled unless you explicitly choose to enable them through the privacy control. You may continue using the site without enabling analytics. Channel and project links may take you to external platforms such as YouTube; those platforms' own policies apply to your use of them.
Payments and future services
The website does not currently operate a public store, shopping cart, or direct digital fulfilment. The House may use invoices or secure payment links for approved sponsorship and collaboration projects. Before any public transaction or transactional email service is activated, additional terms, refund information, and official contact details will be published.
